Can anyone on here tell me how far Uzumlu Village is from the main beach area in Olu Deniz? Ideally, we would like to buy a property in Olu Deniz itself, but it seems there are fewer options available due to building restrictions in place.
It does seem as though you can get more for your more buying property in Uzumlu, and perhaps this would enable us to buy a small villa rather than an apartment. However, I don’t want to do this if it’s impossible to get to the beach area each day, as this will also make it harder to rent out in the long term.
