Over the past year, there has been a considerable increase in the number of new property developments being launched in Sharm El Sheikh, many of which have been focusing around the nabq Bay region north of the main Naama Bay area.
I think that it is now difficult to get good property in Sharm El Sheikh, and that the best options for long term returns are to be found around the Nabq Bay.

I would certainly agree with you in that it is difficult to purchase property in Sharm El Sheikh town, which is why we are seeing the newer developments being launched predominantly in the region further north near Nabq Bay.
For anyone who has visited Sharm El Sheikh will be aware, the potential for waterfront development in this region north of the main town is substantial, and already the growth has begun to creep up this way.
At present, we offer a range of excellent new developments in this region, including the popular new Savanna Resort, The Maraqia, The View and the Sharm Bride to name but a few. All of these have proven popular with our clients in recent months.
I think it is important to bear in mind that people are looking at this area with a view to potential growth, and that even though the region is still undeveloped at present, it is likely to see increased amounts of activity in the next few years. All of this will bring about an increase in the value of the property in Nabq Bay.
