Portugal’s picturesque Blue Coast region, otherwise known as the Costa Azul lies just north of the River Tagus, approximately one hours drive south of Lisbon. A beautiful and relatively undeveloped region, the Costa Azul is characterised by the stunning white sand beaches and traditional fishing villages which can be found all along this stretch of Portugal’s coastline.

Long overshadowed by its larger Iberian neighbour Spain, Portugal has seen something of a renaissance in it’s overseas property market in the past couple of years.
